Large apartment in a good location. With good views across to Akureyri. Extras left by the owner, tea bags, coffee pods snd sugar. Also found shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. All nice little extras left by the owner.

Was amazing, I don’t think the pictures do it justice. The apartment was really warm, underfloor heating was amazing, and holds heat very well. The kitchen was well equipped, had a dishwasher, had pots & pans etc - everything you need and more. Lovely fridge/freezer, we thought it would be a mini fridge so didn’t buy much, but it was a full “american” fridge with ice & water dispenser. Kitchen came with a coffee machine, coffee pods (very nice coffee pods i’ll add) and tea bags. Bedrooms were good size, had a wardrobe for storage and a desk, with charging points at the desk which we appreciated, and charging points next to bed. The lounge was lovely, great view and was a smart TV, so we were able to log into netflix etc. Wifi was great, only had one moment where it went down, and about 20 mins later it came back - very fast wifi. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub! We spent most of our evenings in here, and even got to see a glimpse of the northern lights from it - however, light pollution from the town/city does affect how easy you can see it. The bathroom was nice, with the shower having a rainfall shower and handheld one. We were provided towels and robes, and got extra towels too. It also included a washing machine and dryer, which worked well & included detergent. We were lucky enough to be the only ones staying here for most of our visit, and it felt like our own personal place - also made it easier with the hot tub too, as it is shared between the four apartments. There was a hot spring nearby, which was beautiful, and would definitely recommend having a look at. Only a 5/10 min drive to Akureyri, but also not too far of a drive to Goðafoss waterfall too (especially if you use the toll road) Overall, if I was coming back to Akureyri I would 1000% come back to Halllandsnes. (and am already planning to next year😂)

Everything! Was modern, comfortable and spacious with 2 rooms. Full size fridge and laundry facilities too. This was one of my favourite stays in Iceland, the views over the town and water from here were so beautiful.

Amazing view of Akureyri, apartment spacious and fully equipped (enough towels, bathrobes, a functional kitchen with basics - oil, vinegar, tea, coffee, sugar, salt...), family friendly, comfortable beds, . Beautiful nature surrounding (a small waterfall right next to the property) but close enough to the city. We will definitely come back to this place.
