Lots of areas to explore, lovely tropical gardens to walk around, always a cabana or lounger or hammock to relax on, multiple pools with swim up bars, and it never really felt too busy. You can find a quiet spot or a lively spot depending on what you're after.

Customer service was good. Check in was quick and easy. The shuttle drivers are friendly and get you from point a to b quickly! The property itself is beautiful, and clean. I also like that the staff wasn’t aggressively asking for tips, and were super grateful for tips received (because they were well deserved)

Food was very good. Staff were helpful and kind. The hotel has a long beach, so have plenty of spots to spend the days.

I really recommend this hotel to anyone! There are basically 3 hotels in one, you can go to 10 bars and restaurants, from beach restaurants, Mexican food, Italian, seafood, anything you can think of you can find but the food is really good in all of them. The staff are always smiling and happy and kind to you. All the rooms are spacious and have all you need and look great. We stayed at the cheapest and it was perfect for us, I think the better ones are beach view and ‘swim up’ but ours was great. Beautiful design and layout and you feel great walking around. Lots of options for areas to relax in the beachfront, some busier than others and always someone there to take your order and bring you whatever you want! I have been here twice and have been to other all inclusives in the area and this is my favourite so far, others are great but this one is exceptional. It’s more relaxed and happy than other resorts. if you’re comparing others and not sure, trust me, come here and thank me later!
