I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The location is super convenient, the room was clean and tidy. The meeting point for day trips is right at the entrance, which made everything very easy. The front desk staff speak good English, so communication was smooth and hassle-free. The coffee shop downstairs is also very popular, and guests get a 10% discount. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Best things about this aparthotel is the Staff members. The ladies at the reception and the folks working in the kitchen. Excellent service and super helpful. The room has an attached kitchen with basic pots and pan and a sink. This really helps while travelling. Some rooms are also equipped with washing machine. The room and the washroom were super clean with hot and cold water supply. Although my room was not having a washing machine but at request they let me use it. Since it was listed during the time of booking. The breakfast was good. As a solo female traveller, I felt super comfortable and safe knowing that the responsible ladies are handling the place. Also, there is a nice restaurant next door where you can get amazing drinks and food. It remains open from morning till late mid night. Overall, enjoyed my stay and would comeback again. Also, hotel parking area is a pick up point for day tours to Mangystau. 😊 And kudos to the team! 👏
