Excellent staff. Helpful, professional, kind. They reacted to every request quickly. Stunning views, cleanliness, very good breakfasts. Located in a quiet secluded area, the hotel gives a perfect opportunity to relax. Beautiful design of the whole place, our room was huge and very comfortable. Unforgettable sunsets on a hill just right next to the hotel, nobody around, just you, the sea and the sun.

Everything was perfect. Staff (from the receptions girls, as well as restaurant staff and cleaning staff) were amazing and always ready to answer our questions. Our bedroom was really beautiful and comfortable featuring a nice hot tub. In terms of location you will need to get transportation to get into the town as the hotel is far from the main attractions. However, that’s what we wanted so we could relax and be far from the crowd and only rented a moto4 for a day to explore the island, which is enough. Hotel can get a shuttle from/to the Port/Airport and we can rent car/motorbike/moto4 directly with the hotel and the company will bring the vehicle into the hotel. Breakfast was really good and tasty. Overall experience in the good was great and we will definitely comeback if we could. Thank you to the hotel and the staff. Note: The hotel has a franchise in Gili, Bali (Indonesia) and we are looking to stay there whenever we go visit home!
