The fine print
From November 1st to April 1st, Meze by the Sea, Wild Thyme Restaurant will be closed. During this period, Sage & Sea Restaurant, In-Room Dining, and Spa services will remain operational. Complimentary food and beverage are subjected to an extra fee in Kids Club. No children under the age of 14 are allowed to attend classes or use the facilities including the fitness centre, spa complex and indoor swimming pool. They are not allowed to get spa & beauty treatments, health & wellness services, or activities including hiking, biking, and walks. Full board rate includes non-alcoholic drinks during meals. Teens (14-18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult to all ‘teen’ and ‘closed door services’ like health & healing services and spa & beauty treatments such as massages and facials. Prior to booking any teen services, the parent or guardian must sign a consent form. Access to hydrothermal treatment area (including Salt Grotto, Finnish Sauna, Igloo, Crystal Steam Room, HydroSpa, Experiential Showers and Feet Therapy Basins for male and female guests) is prohibited for the guests ages under 18, even when supervised by an adult. Beautiful location, very attractive landscaping, very comfortable beds and fluffiest towels ever! Staff very helpful and friendly. Food quality excellent. Can summon an electric buggy to navigate the hilly resort. Room service food options offered a couple of simpler and cheaper options than the main restaurant and we weren't paying extra for water. Didn't use the spa and "wellness" services but were available ( for an additional charge). Member of staff was always available on WhatsApp for any query. Friendly cats and resort dog!

The hotel is a great option for families even with very small children and babies. The staff are very accommodating, attentive and helpful in making sure that each family member feels taken care of. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the multiple beach options provide variety. The food options are also great. The staff at the main restaurant are super friendly and make you want to come back again and again! Maryna, Hazal and Emel are superstars that really made our trip special!
