The fine print
A deposit of 50% is required on all roofed accommodation during High season.
A deposit of the first night’s stay is required on all reservations during Shoulder/Low season. All deposits are payable at the time of booking.
A cancellation fee applies to all bookings. Once checked in at the property there are no refunds!Any cancellations/re-bookings after this date will result in a loss of deposit. Units/Cabins cannot have the dates reduced after the 30th November.Please note our Standard Cabins are equipped with bedding, but you will need your own towels, cutlery, plates and pots/pans if you are using the park communal kitchen. These cabins do not have bathrooms or kitchens but are located conveniently close to the main facilities.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and helpful. The Standard Cabin we stayed in had everything, blankets, kettle, mugs and tea, a heater and a wee table set. There was a scavenger hunt for the kids that was very entertaining. The playground is great for the kiddos and the kitchen and bathroom facilities were always so clean. They had a small set of hodgepodge plates, bowls and pans spare just in case you needed them. The view is gorgeous from the cabins looking over the bay. All and all, a very peaceful, calm, entertaining visit and we will definitely be coming back. Thanks Top 10!

The view from our cabin was spectacular. The room was perfect for our one night stay. There is walkway from the caravan park to the town centre which was very convenient. All the staff I dealt with were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable.
