The room size was brilliant and it had all the facilities we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The time for breakfast was more than sufficient. Tedy, Nishaan and Zeeshan were super helpful. Location of hotel is outstanding and the pool and other facilities were great. Plenty of lounge chairs outside. Loved the sauna. Staff were meticulous about cleanliness and ensuring that all facilities were available. Thank to the room service teams for always being swift and ready to accommodate all our requests. Diverse restaurants and shops nearby. A place we'd love to visit again 💕.

It was an exceptional stay at the hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful—especially Douaa at the reception. She was extremely attentive, listened to our needs, and took care of everything. Truly the best service we've ever experienced at a hotel. The pool was also fantastic—the water was slightly cool, which was perfect for the hot weather. The food was good as well. Overall, everything was simply amazing.

Check-in process, reception staff were exceptional friendly and helpful.The room was clean which is important, the beach and facilities were good as expected, breakfast was perfect. Will definitely come back here if i plan another staycation

The staff were amazing , especially Kim, Melynde, and Dilmaya. There was a young man who checked us in, and I can't recall his name(I feel really bad because he is the actual star of the show), because he is always very helpful and accommodating. All in all , the staff are wonderful, and they always are ready to make you feel as comfortable as possible .
