Each guest checking in to the hotel is required to have a valid Original UAE Identity Card or a Passport.Please note that as of the 1 January 2018, Kempinski Hotels SA is no longer managing the hotel. The new hotel name is Ajman Hotel which will be managed by a new hotel management company.Please note that in order to maintain a safe environment, Ajman Hotel does not allow outside food or drinks to be brought into the swimming pool area. Hot plates and heating elements may not be used in guest rooms and will be removed if found by the hotel staff as a fire safety precaution.Upon check in, guests are kindly requested to present the same credit card used to make the reservation, and a different payment method can be used.Please note that the following charges will apply to all the guests staying over the 31st December:

Nice property and the first floor where we stayed was recently renovated with all smart hotel features which was cool. Infinity pool, beach, bowling and spa facilities were great as well. Staff is well trained and very courteous.

I had a wonderful stay at Ajman Hotel! The reception staff, including Kishi, Bassem, Hussin, Fatima, Regina, Taba, and the manager Elwy, were incredibly welcoming and efficient. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel!"

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — special thanks to Fatima, Kishi, Rrreshil, Bagud, Zayn, and Thapa. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended!
