If your name does not match this credit card, you will have to provide another credit card or use another payment method.The residence is open at the following times: - Monday to Sunday: from 08:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 20:00.Please contact the hotel if you plan to arrive after 20:00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.For stays of over 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate.For stays of less than 7 nights, daily cleaning is available at an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.Please note that check in on Fridays and Saturdays is from 15:00 to 20:00.A baby bed and a high chair are available free of charge, upon reservation.The token for the laundry room costs EUR 6 for the washing machine and EUR 4 for the tumble dryer. Guests have to ask for the laundry room key at the reception.For bookings of 5 rooms and more, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment.A maximum of 1 pet can be accommodated per apartment.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
