A beautiful clean, comfortable, and very pretty room with all comforts provided. Especially a good quality bed, air conditioning and hanging space and safe. I was especially impressed by the shower: everybody knows how difficult it can be to make an unfamiliar Hotel shower work! This one worked immediately, was sparkling clean and just the with the right water temperature and pressure! The reception team was the best I have met for a long time, nothing could be too difficult, as in arranging a little overstay for breakfast (especially as we had a difficult bereavement/ funeral to deal with on the day), the friendliness and charm alongside the helpfulness made me want to give this particular Hotel top stars. Super close to the city centre. The breakfast was simple and sufficient.

Fabulous location, the best staff ever, amazing rooms and spotless like it has been deep cleaned for weeks. I must admit that the front looks a bit outdated but as soon as you step inside, the whole view changes.
