The hotel was perfectly situated, close to everything. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were simple, but had whats needed. Bed was fine. We did not have much contact with the staff, as we didnt pass the frontdesk on our way in and out of the hotel. Loved the streets surrounding the hotel. And the entry way to our room. Felt as if we had a little house in the back.

We booked the superior room, which turned out to be a self-contained appartment with a courtyard; the kitchenette exceeded our expectations, and allowed us to cater for ourselves. The location was central, just a few steps away from lots of bars and restaurants.

Immediately as you walk in the door, you are taken back to an earlier time in history with furniture, finishings, and decor reminiscent of its original design and its historic place in Aix-en-Provençe.

I had a lovely room at the top which was airy and had a view of the hills. Very comfortable bed, very clean and nice bathroom. The location was fabulous.
