Beautiful pools with amazing views of the Whitsundays. Rooms were spacious and clean. Large living and kitchen area . Loved the shower gel and lotion. Michelle at reception was fantastic. Michelle is an asset to the hotel ..very friendly and helpful ..from the moment we stepped into reception we were acknowledged and felt very welcome ..thank you Michelle Also maintenance staff were also very polite and friendly. Would definitely return to this hotel ..absolutely beautiful ..so close to restaurants and shops..but up a small hill just enough get the views. Transport to airport picked us up at reception ..unlike others that make you walk to the street. It’s the little things that add up to being special

Location was very good as easy to walk to the shops and easy for pick ups to the boats. the pools were clean and enough for all guests to not be on top of each other. Both our rooms had good views.

Loved the resort, the pool, the views and the apartments. Its tired on the outside but the apartments were spacious, clean and comfy. The staff were welcoming and the location is amazing and close to all.

Bathroom door in ensuite was broken, asked for a front on view but got the corner. Balcony was small couldn’t use it due to rain.

Location, light and bright, comfortable beds and overall a very spacious apartment. The pools were amazing! Parking was great.

Great location, pool lovely, great bbq area with view I didn’t know about prior but would be ideal. Our room had an ocean view but also overlooked the supermarket carpark / better rooms are on the other side.

Large expansive with great beds and all facilities needed. Everything you need is in the apt. Great views, close to shops, harbour, pretty much all you need. Four pools was handy for some privacy.
