View and the location were really nice. The room was huge. Very clean and tidy.

One of the ladies at reception had a bad day and wasn't very friendly. Others were lovely If you need a good night sleep, not for you. Bedrooms are facing carpark. One can hear all arrivals/departures, chatting, dragging the luggage... And there was a night light at front of apartment and bedroom right next . Bit annoying.

It was right in the middle of everything. But still nice and quiet. Most things within easy walking distance. View and access of the ocean metres away.

The gounds and position of Marina Shores are exceptional. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions for day trip/sunset cruise. Lovely walk along boardwalk into Airlie Main Street. Or you could walk to Marina for coffee/ dinner etc. The beds and pillows were comfortable.
