Dear Hotel Team, We would like to express our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful hospitality we experienced during our stay. Our sincere thanks go to Sandy , Botros and Michael at the Front Office for their warm welcome and for arranging an early check-in with such efficiency and kindness. A special mention to Mostafa, Mostafa, Marina, Reham, and Habiba from the Animation Team — your energy, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm made every day full of joy and memorable moments. We are also deeply grateful to Mr. Sayed, the Food & Beverage Manager, and Mr. Anton, the M.D., for their quick response, attention to detail, and constant care. Our appreciation extends to Mr. George and Mr. Mina, the Front Office Managers, for their thoughtful follow-up and kind communication throughout our stay. The dinner buffets were a delight, offering a great variety and outstanding quality. The chefs were always friendly and welcoming — especially Chef Nadia from the bakery and Chef Awida at the egg station, whose skill and kindness truly stood out. The housekeeping team maintained the rooms and public areas impeccably, and the gardening staff deserve praise for keeping the resort’s green spaces beautifully vibrant. A big thank you also to the recreation team — Yasser, Yousef, Abanob, and Mina — for their great organization, friendly attitude, and constant positive energy on the beach and around the pools. Lastly, our gratitude goes to all the unsung heroes working behind the scenes — in the kitchens, laundry, service, and security — for their dedication and hard work that ensure every guest enjoys a wonderful experience. Thank you all for making our stay truly exceptional.
