The staff in this hotel is really distinguished. Friendly is not enough to describe them. Most of them go far and beyond to help you. I arrived with a problem I caused in my booking, Maria in the front desk directly headed to the reservations to help, followed by Kerolos, who settled everything for me. Although solving my problem was enough favour to ask, yet as I did not like one of my side sea view rooms, Kerolos personally took me around to see alternative available rooms, until I was perfectly satisfied. House keeping, we had Noha and Hany they made sure any need was met and that work was done in the room in the most convenient time for us. Chef Gouda and one other chef whom I can’t remember his name along with metre Alaa made sure My Mum and I had gluten free deserts, GF pasta with our favourite sauce and were up to making us GF pizza but we requested it too late. The place is perfect for young kids, the shallow beach, the super alert life guards make it stress free concerning the safety of young kids.

The location is the closest to Cairo, I received a small basket of fruits as awelcome gift, the staff were hardworking and decent specially Maria in the reception and abanob,the food were stunning and variable ,my first but not my last
