Everything about this place is exceptional. To start with, the staff in the reception are very welcoming and helpful. We are pleased with their professionalism and hospitality, specially Mr. Mohammed Khater, Mr. Amr and Mr. Ibrahim. The restaurant is genuinely praiseworthy. The food was very delicious with excellent variety. I would like to thank all the staff for the excellent service, specially Mr. Maher Kamal, the F&B manager, Mr. Mohammed Hamed, the assistant F&B manger, Mr. Shaarawy, the executive chief, Mr. Jaber, the captain, and Mr. Mohammed, the waiter as they all made our experience so pleasant. The rooms were very clean and the housekeeping service staff were very cooperative and professional. The beach is just a 3-5 min. walk but we tried the golf car with Mr. Jamal who is very helpful and kind. The animation team does amazing activities there. The sea is nearly rockless just some rocks by the shore. In fact, this is my second time visiting this place. Though my first experience was very good, this time was truly excellent and memorable! I'll surely come again ISA.

Me and my all family with my children are loving to stay at Grand Ocean Hotel. It’s brilliant Staff plus clean Hotel with all the facilities we had. We were happy and have a lot of fun and enjoying too. The food are delicious and the weather down here was nice. I do recommend strongly to come and visit and stay at Grand Ocean Hotel.
