It is a nice place , not too crowded and all was pleasant, the food was so delicious in both breakfast and dinner beauffet The pools are clean and well taken care of and the beach is sandy and clean Also the night show in weekeneds were really entertaining A supermarket just right beside the hotel helped us alot

Great staff at reception ( day shifts) and restaurant. Excellent food. The day receptionist Samy was great and offered us an upgraded apartment.

MR Montasir at the reception was really helpful and friendly, he was there for all out needs and gave us upgrades upon arrival, I had booked a garden view one bedroom twice (choosing the cheaper option) and he upgraded it to a pool view 2 bedroom each which was really kind of him as I had my family with me. There is also a supermarket by the hotel which was very convenient for me, and there is a restaurant on the sea and a drink and dessert bar that was also convenient to buy from throughout the day. The buffet was very decent, it had different options for dinner everyday and quite a variety of foods. Breakfast was also good. Overall I really enjoyed my stay, the pools were big and the sea was sandy. They had showers too by the pool and the sea.the staffs are all very friendly and helpful.
