All staff were very welcoming, special thanks to Hassan, Medhat and Uncle Mohamed. Food was amazing and delicious. Staff at the pools and water slides were extremely helpful and friendly. Eid dinner was so good 👍 Had an unforgettable experience!

The room was extremely clean and organised. The food was well prepared and has varieties. Staff is extremely helpful and respectful. We will try to visit the aqua again.
