This first time and it wasn't the last. 😊👍 Reception:all the staff is very welcome, they answer any question, especially Mr. Ahmed Khaled at front desk helpful and friendly. 🤗👏 The hotel is very good in travel and driving and has Parking. 🚗💨 The room was upgraded to Sweet which is perfect and wide and has all the needs and for us it was comfortable and the furniture is modern and the bathroom is good and has all the fine details that I care about. 🛀✨💖. When they found out we were celebrating our anniversary, they sent us a tart to room. 🎂🎉❤️ Buffet: The quality is very good and has diversity in breakfast and dinner, only lacks coffee machine for breakfast to make cappuccino or latte which is simple to add, but there is Nescafé and tea.☕🍹😋 It is possible to add more baked goods for breakfast, but the existing baked goods taste very beautiful.🥐🍞🍰 Sea: It may need sea shoes but it is clean and amazing to relax and has beautiful little fish, 🐠🐟🌊 The sea has a bar and is good at making juices, pizza, coffee and ice cream. 🍹🍕☕🍦 Prices are suitable for quality and location.💲👍 Pool:Clean with a jacuzzi part and a children's part but needs animation team it will add to hotel .🏊♀️💦👨👩👧👦 Hygiene: It was very good and we did not need to warn anyone of cleanliness in the room and put every day two bottles of water and at each meal in the buffet two bottles on the dining table 💧🚰🧼 There's a small mini bar in the room which was nice.🍹🍸🥂 I also liked the decorations and furniture. 🖼️🛋️🌼 I highly recommend it. 👍🌟💯

Hotel is so nice and excellent place to stay . Very comfortable, clean , staff are so lovely - and food is so so good . It is great place to stay for people and families who are having private cars - so that can go and enjoy their evenings in Porto alsokhna which is a bit far from the hotel - abt 23 km .

I will make a fair review based on my experience in the hotel. First of all, the reception staff; Mohamed Khaled and Ahmed Khaled are amazingly professional and welcoming. Their indescribable hospitality and professionalism were the first and most memorable experiences. I made a mistake in my booking, however they dealt with the matter in a very decent way and provided me with a special spectacular complimentary gift. They made sure our stay is completely comfortable and pleasant whit their ever shining smile and cheerful attitude. Special thanking to Mostafa Mohamed the bellman, such a skillful gorgeous young man with special talent and grace. His enthusiasm makes you feel special and at home. Second, the house keeping in this hotel is the best I have ever experienced. Everything is utterly clean and shiny. The linen were as white as feather with a very clean smell. Supplies are always replaced and checked. The main restaurant is cosy and provides average food, don’t expect mouth watering stuff, but at least clean and homey. on the other hand, The chefs, the waiters and the whole kitchen and restaurant staff are super friendly and welcoming. The room service members are polite and responsive. The pool is clean and pretty. The beach is clean, beautiful, charming and breathtaking. The bars on both offer tasty hot and cold beverages. As whole, this hotel is extraordinary and fantastic residency spot , you get 5 star service with love and care. Tranquility is one of the most unique and distinctive aspects and characteristics distinguishing the hotel and making it stands out. I personally admired certain practices and regulations like demanding the marriage proof from couples both Egyptians and foreigners, in order to confirm their booking. I also loved the policy of banning of all sorts of Alcohol in the hotel premises. No pets are allowed as well.
