-The grounds were excellent, had an amazing view, the pool great, my kids loved walking around seeing the chickens, horses, dogs, cat, donkeys etc. -The host was very nice and welcoming. - the communal area with washing machine and kitchen was great. - Nice breakfast. -short drive down to the gorge

This felt like taking a step back in time to a classic country residence from 100 years ago. The whole area, courtyard building, and surroundings exuded a sense of history and echoes of a bygone era. The room and the fan were all perfectly adequate as were the toiletries. The swimming pool outside was amazing, we had read reviews that it was dirty, but with the exception of some leaves and insects that you would expect in any outdoor pool in the middle of the country, we found it absolutely delightful and a fantastic spot to relax and work out. The breakfast was simple and delicious. The Hotel's braque d'Auvergne dog was super friendly, and we also visited some horses nearby.

The hotel is beautiful and the view from our window was amazing. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, we wish we could have stayed for longer! We really enjoyed wandering around the grounds and admiring the scenery. The breakfast was delicious - lots of choice and fresh warm bread!

The place is amazing. Far away from the crowds, amazing okd trees, the house has a strong spirit. The pool almost always empty, ideal for resting, reading, recharging. Yet 5 km from the lake and close to the canyon, simply amazing! You should not miss it. Breakfast outside in the shadow was very very enjoyable.
