The location was perfect for staying in the Black Forest. We had been travelling Europe for the week prior and it was lovely to be somewhere peaceful and with some space for the family, yet central to the forest. Aichhalden had everything we needed (restaurant, grocery store, bakery, fuel)

✅ Great Schwarzwald vacation location! Lots to do within an hour's drive (also with small children). Nice view from the balcony, clean house, friendly & helpful owner.
