Very clean and comfortable. We visited in September and had to leave during extreme weather conditions and closed roads. The staff were very kind, they called us after we left and offered us to come back.

It's a lovely guest house just off the main street of Ahtopol - a 5 minute walk to the bus station, the supermarket and restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the public beach. The room was clean and small - perfect if you are travelling with a backpack. It was great to have an en-suit shower. The hosts are nice and welcoming, the room was ready for me before 15.00 - thank you!

Location excellent, 5 minute walk to the restauarants and bars.But in such a quiet area. The Hotel was one of the cleanest we have visited,the patio out side ,spotless, hallways and stairs spotless and the room, yes,spotless..We had small balcony overlooking the garden and was big enough for two. The staff were super,the daughter ,Daria?,spoke perfect english and Daria and her mother made us so wellcome. When we left we forgot to pack a pair os shoes,and the hotel sent emails and called us informing us that they are still at the Hotel. The shoes were waiting for us at reception.

The place was so nice! It felt so cosy and comfortable. The hosts were amazing and let us leave our bags early as we arrived quite early in Ahtopol. I cannot recommend this place enough! It was great for children as well!
