Villa Olinda is spacious, over three floors, and one is able to spread out. The bedrooms are suitable for six people, and the living room, which is connected to the dining room, provides two sofas, a dining table and chairs, plus a tv. Whilst the property was adequate for our stay (10 days in February) it is unlikely to meet the needs of 7 people and 4 children, as is stated on the Booking.com website. However, if the sofa is turned into a bed it may get close to this. The facilities work, but they are dated, and some expenditure is needed on the part of the owner to make this property the higher specification that it warrants. The property is managed by an agent, who was most helpful and able to deal with any problems we experienced. There is mention of the property looking onto a pool (which suggests the pool is on site), however, there is no pool on site, though one can gaze at the one in the house opposite. That said, for the money we paid for February this was good value but, as said, more needs to be spent for the property if it is to be as modern as others we have stayed in. The outside area, garden and terrace, were both fit for purpose.
