I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Tenasi Hotel. The hospitality was exceptional, especially thanks to Tushara, who was an excellent host. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciated his effort in preparing delicious dishes as per my request. What stood out the most was his dedication—waking up at 3.30 AM to prepare a takeaway food parcel for me before my early departure at 4:30 AM. Such thoughtful service made my stay even more memorable. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Tenasi Hotel for its warm hospitality and attentive service.
