Tari and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming and speak very good english so it was easy to communicate. There is a boy called Ravi who lives on the property to help you with whatever you need at any time - he would kindly do my laundry for me whenever I needed and take care of all my rubbish and bedding. Tari also made me feel very special by hosting a dinner and inviting me to her daughters birthday. The place itself is probably in one of the best locations in Ahangama as you are surrounded by nature so there is no noise pollution and it is only an 5 minute walk into the main city hub. It was such a convenient place to stay and I would 100% stay here again if I were to come back. Perfect for solo travellers or couples wanting to stay for an extended period of time or even just a couple of days.

I would defiantly recommend staying at this property, it’s close to town and beaches but is a nice quiet area with a beautiful garden, away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts were really helpful and ravi was a star always helping out when we needed. We rented scooter with them at a fair price, room had good a/c and an ice balcony area.

Our stay was perfect, the location is off the main road so it’s nice and quiet. The family that run the stay are so lovely and attentive! Really clean spacious room and bathroom with aircon.

Despite not speaking much English, Ravi was there to welcome us when we arrived only 5 minutes after booking our stay. He is always around to help you with anything you may need. The room was clean, spacious and has a wonderful patio area all to ourselves! We loved how beautiful the garden was (and was kept by Ravi), enjoying the nature - we saw mongoose and monitor lizards. The bed was really comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, despite it being short. We could see how easy it was to stay for long periods of time as everything was walkable. We met the lady owner who runs the homestay and she was just wonderful. Thank you all for wonderful stay.
