Such a nice family, reminded me of staying at my grandparents house. They’re so freindly and couldn’t do enough for me. Coffee, tea, cold drinks, food, biscuits ect

Everything! The owners are so hospitable. You have your own private space (outdoor area, room and bathroom). Access to washing machine and washing line outside room. The lady made me food on so many occasions. I was in and out a lot as I was doing a course in Ahangama, but whenever I was sat outside the lady would ask if I wanted food or tea or coffee. She would put my laundry out for me if I went out and left it in the machine, she was an angel. I tried to book to stay again the following week, but it is fully booked. I will 100% be back one day when I am back in Sri Lanka. The best home stay! Thank you 🙏

Everything was great, it was clean and the wifi/aircon worked perfectly. The family is also very warm and welcoming. I would stay again.

I spent 1 week at Kouzi house and I loved it ! The room is simple but it’s a good quality for the price. There is AC, mosquito net, fridge, own bathroom, you can chill in the garden and wash your clothes in a washing machine if needed. As a solo female traveller I felt super safe. The family is nice and welcoming : they were greeting me every time I left and came back. They attended to my every need and offered me drinks. I felt at home. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend if you are a solo budget traveller !
