The fine print
To confirm a reservation for a group of more than 4 rooms, we request a prepayment of 20% of the total amount of the reservation. This amount is non-refundable and we will accept changes in the dates (subject to availability, with a supplement in case the rates for the new dates are higher) up to 15 days prior to arrival. 15 days before arrival, the prepayment of the remaining 80% of the booking will be requested.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The property was in a beautiful quiet place, has everything we needed and Margarita was super friendly and helpful for us. We highly recommend this houses especially if you travel with pets :)

At first glance, the decor looks like it could be a bit dated but it's actually all been recently fitted out and has so many nice modern touches - good lamps, shelves, etc. I was mostly looking forward to hanging out in the outdoor area but unfortunately the weather meant we didn't spend as much time out there as we would have liked! It did however mean we made great use of the log burner and the blankets provided - both much appreciated! Note that (when it's not cloudy/raining) the sun doesn't really hit the outdoor area of house C until gone 9am (in early April). We had an issue with a bulb going and the fire alarm going off unnecessarily and both were solved pretty much immediately. The kitchen facilities are pretty good (though the knives could do with a sharpen!) - there are several saucepans and frying pans of different sizes, a grater, a collander, plenty of crockery...I also think I saw two different blenders and a juicer! Coffee, bread, butter packets provided - NO OIL to cook with so bring your own but! contrary to previous reviews, there is now salt and pepper in little sachets - there were plenty for our needs. Probably obvious from the location but you definitely need a car to get there - wasn't ever a problem doing the drive though - just be aware you're 30 mins from the nearest supermarket (Vallehermoso and Hermigua both have a large ish Spar). We did a couple of walks straight from the property and drove to others. Friendly cats (although if you're not a cat fan I wouldn't worry - they made no attempt to come in the house and I think they would've scarpered pretty sharpish if we hadn't been stroking them).

Lovely place out of the way nestled in the middle of nowhere, very secluded, quiet and quaint. Had all the facilities we needed. Views from apartment amazing and the apartment itself was well equipped.
