The Artisan's house was very much what it says, with the owner and woodworker living and working downstairs. The gentle sound of the scrollsaw and smell of wood drifted upstairs to the patio outside our rooms. The house is traditional, up a spiral metal staircase, and the two bedrooms share a bathroom which allows a certain amount of privacy. Altogether so characterful and friendly... but do not expect modern, streamlined hotel rooms each with ensuite facilities. The kitchen facilities are small but very well thought-out and provide many more essentials than some modern flats with large showy kitchenettes.

A place with genius loci, right in the centre of Agüimes. The owners are friendly but considerate, making us feel like we've got the whole house on our own. The terase is wonderful and gets quite a bit of sunshine. All in all, a perfect stay.

Everything and more was provided. The property had a great size and various facilities, and their cleaning was perfect.

Very cozy, tiny apartment for 4 people. Owner pays a lot of attention to details, a lot things are home made, wood materials, very decent! Well equipped for longer stay as well. Friendly host, I can only recommend.
