The building / complex was solely made of clay, straw and wood. It is amazing to see, how this place has been restored, however given these building materials do not expect an environment of a “normal” building as we know it. It is a very charming building, super authentic, but also very rustic. The owner did everything to include amenities like private bathrooms and electricity, but if you are bothered by flies or rustic environment, maybe not your choice. If you like to breathe authentic atmosphere you will love this place.

Very unique and beautiful place! The owner is very passionate about the Kasbah and tells you about it's history (with google translate if you don't speak French) The views from the rooftop are gorgeous and the pool simply amazing! Highly recommend spending a night here

We had an absolutely incredible experience. Staying in a 400-year-old kasbah and truly feeling the atmosphere of another era was something unforgettable. It’s rare to find a place where history is not just preserved, but genuinely lived and felt in every corner. Our host was kind and welcoming, always willing to show us around and share the story and heritage of the place. His passion made the experience even more meaningful. The food was also excellent — authentic and full of flavor. And waking up in such a unique and historic setting was simply magical. It’s an experience we will always cherish.
