Staff were very helpful and room was spacious and nicely furnished. There were no tea or coffee making facilities or water glasses in the room which would be my only criticism. The evening meal we had was fabulous. Overall a lovely hotel.

Very clean rooms,friendly and very helpful staff.good location. We went in winter and we are planning to visit again in summer there are also 2 pools to enjoy.

The front desk staff where excellent and most welcoming, they are an asset to their company. We only stayed one night so we couldn't enjoy the facilities but there were many available. Parking is great and safe. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and professional.

Staff is good. Air conditioner not to much good, Food great. But if you stay at the hotel there are no option for lunch you need to take the menu. I suggested to make some small snack.

Newly renovated reception should be the state of the facility throughout, gives a bit of a deceiving introduction. 2 pools were ok and overall friendly staff, functioning air conditioning a saviour also!

Amazing place so tranquil and was the perfect start to our Sicilian holiday. Badiula is a lovely place and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
