Loved the casual atmosphere. Very relaxing. Loved the 'chook chute' and recycle bin. Comfortable bed and clean linen. Has a wonderfully large deck surrounded by lush vegetation. Nice!

James was welcoming and so attentive. The room, bathroom and common areas were very clean and comfortable. It is central to agnes waters, everywhere was walkable. I has a very relaxed vibe with loads of common areas to socialise with other guests or have your own space. I really enjoyed my time there and would 100% book again next time I visit.

The open space of the house. Location was good in relation to the convenience stores and was a short 10 minute walk to the beach. Bed was comfortable.
