Very good communication with Ariti (the manager). She gave us all the necessary information for a very simple check-in and a comfortable stay. The apartment is clean and comfortable - as much as is possible in such an old building. Excellent position, right on the edge of the old town. The door to door airport transfer (which cost 25 euros) was also of great help to us. Very much appreciate the honesty of Arisi, who presented us all the other cheaper options of transfer, from the very beginning. We spent 2 very pleasant days in this spartment.
