Cozy and nicely decorated room probably less than 50m from the beach. Very easy to find. With a balcony and hanging egg chair. There is a possibility of private transfer if desired.

Anna was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and helped arrange both pick-up and drop-off. She baked fresh treats for us every day and offered great recommendations for places to eat, along with helpful tips on using the bus. The room was comfortable and well-suited for the four of us.

Great place to stay for a few nights, right in the village centre, especially in off-season. Early check-in was possible and we enjoyed the location as it was two steps from all we needed.

I stayed in a very cute and well decorated room. The bed was the best I had in Greece. The place is in the heart of Agios Prokopios with a great choice of restaurants and it is extremely close to the beach. The highlight of this place is the hostess Anna who has been very friendly and helpful with me. She tries to make your stay a memorable experience.
