I've had a lovely time here. You have everything you need only a few minutes by foot: Supermarket, Bus, Restaurants, Bakeries and beautiful Beaches. The house was perfect for my needs and I felt like home. I've also felt so welcomed by the sweet couple even they don't understand English. Cleaning is good (every 2 days). The balcony is a big plus. I'm so grateful I've choosen this place to my big stay in Naxos. This place will be in my heart forever!! Thank you ❤️

The property is very close to the center of Agios Prokopios, and you can easily reach all the restaurants and the most popular beach on foot. We rented a quad to explore the whole island. The property has a parking area, which we personally didn’t use because we usually came back late at night and didn’t want to disturb anyone with the sound of the quad engine. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Mr. Artemis and Mrs. Stella. They are two fantastic people — we didn’t talk much because, since our stay was short, under Mr. Artemis’s advice we put on our swimsuits right away and ran to the beach. The room was tidy, clean, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning truly saved our nights — we visited in September, and it was still incredibly hot. The room is also equipped with a smart system: you insert the key into a slot to control the lights, electrical outlets, and air conditioning. What we really appreciated (and haven’t found in other hotels or B&Bs) is that shortly after opening the window, if the A/C was on, it would automatically switch off. It makes perfect sense not to have the air conditioning running with the windows open! Brilliant idea — for us, this was a real added value. There’s also a small kitchen; we only used the fridge, but it was very convenient. We sincerely thank Artemis and Stella, who were incredibly kind and welcoming.
