the hosts was always available, the location is just 2 minutes away from everything you need, beach, shops, restaurants, the housekeeper very friendly.

It is a wonderful place. Location is just perfect – close to Chora (10 min by car) and just a hundred meters from the best beach in Naxos, so you can simply walk there, without all the problems with busy and wild parking. There are also good restaurants in the nearby, a supermarket and petrol station. The house is located on a big and very nicely arranged plot, with flowers, trees, swimming pool and sunbeds. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy. The entire length of the access road is concrete and leveled, not like other houses around (sand, puddles). There are also parking spaces with roof protecting from the sun, which was a very pleasant surprise for me, as I had a rented car. During my stay there were no problems with other guests (music, noisy parties). Also there is no noise from the beach or the restaurants. The nosiest thing was a little rooster crowing from 2 A.M., but I liked the guy anyway. :-) The apartment was tidy and regularly cleaned up. Air conditioning was working efficiently and quiet. There are many nice facilities in the apartment, like bedside light switches, string and clothespins for drying towels, mosquito net on the bathroom window. The furniture seems to be small but it can easily fit all your belongings.

Great location close to the beach, pool access and very friendly staff. Rooms are great with many different facilities.
