Xalonia Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. The sea views from the property are absolutely stunning — you can enjoy them from the pool, the garden, and from the outdoor lounge area, which is beautifully set up with comfy chairs, poofs, and even an outdoor chess set. The entire villa is very well maintained, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. All amenities worked perfectly, from the kitchen appliances to the AC and Wi-Fi. The landscaping is gorgeous too, the gardens are lush and carefully looked after, adding to the sense of calm and beauty everywhere. The outdoor areas in front of the villa were a real highlight — the veranda and pool area are ideal for socializing or simply unwinding while taking in the panoramic view. Special thanks to Nora, the host, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local tips that made our stay even better. Highly recommended for group of friends and families or anyone looking for a peaceful, stylish, and comfortable stay in Sithonia. Would love to return!

The Vila’s are on a perfect location - 5 minutes away by car from the beautiful beach of Ormos Panagias and 5 minutes away by car from Agios Nikolaos tavernas. They have a breath taking view of the gulf between Sithonias and Aton and are fully equipped with all needed for a peaceful and calm stay. We were 2 families with 2 kids each and the Vila fitted us perfectly. There were 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The room on the third floor has a small couch, so it could potentially accommodate up to 5 kids ( a family with 2 and a family with 3 ). There is a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with lots of plates, pans, glasses, etc., we could even have a friend family coming over for a dinner - 6 adults and 6 kids with no issue, it was like welcoming them at home. The pool is cleaned every day, it is a perfect size with a perfect view, the common areas are super cosy and convenient, there is a small playground for the kids as well. The host, Nora, is super friendly and helpful and was ready to support us at any time. Honestly I don’t know what else I would wish for from a vacation property like that.

Host is really friendly. She was waiting for us, had everything prepared, even gave us quite good recommendations for unoccupied beaches and interesting things to do. Cleaning the pool is a daily routine and the facilities are in very good condition. Kitchen has all the equipment needed, rooms are comfortable, both bathrooms and all the toilets are also clean and well maintained.
