Eleni our hostess was the best! We arrive late a night and ahe had put a basket with bread, butter, coffee, cookies, water and fresh fruit on the kitchen counter. So thoughtful. We had to wash our clothes because we are staying for a month in Crete. Katerina Charming Place was our first week. There’s no self service laundry in Agios Nikolaos but Eleni found a way to help us by doing allowing us to use the washing machine in the store room. I loved tge fact that hotel was pet friendly. I brought my small dog and Ilhe loved it.

Owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly and provided a welcome basket of food which was appreciated by weary. Great pool and nice grounds. Very quiet given time of the season so perfect time to visit.

Great kindness and availability. Excellent welcome, the managers on arrival provide everything needed for breakfast...which is not a given service , We also needed to stop for a few hours in the cool after checking out and they allowed us to use the pool until our departure time. A truly family atmosphere. We will definitely be back

Very kind hosts, we had a hamper and the fridge had provisions. This was unexpected and made us feel very welcome. We have stayed around Crete for 19 years and never have received such warm hospitality. The room was very clean and the pool was beautiful. I would like to add that we also had car trouble and the owner Giorgos went above and beyond to help us get our car up and running again. Thank you so much for your kindness. We will be back again.
