Everything ia very comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast was elaborate. Staff is very helpful and friendly, particularly Victor, Fotini and Vangelis at the reception area. Rooftop pool was very nice!

Delightful new hotel, walking distance to the center of town. Super friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet with lots of fresh produce and gluten-free options on demand. Wellness and pool area are very nice. Quality of the beds and sofabed for our daughter also.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Everything was excellent. Loved the breakfast and that setting looking out over the infinity pool at the sea just brings a smile every time.

Breakfast was great. Lots of choice. Croissants could have been fresher and warmer but everything else was lovely. Beds very comfortable and brilliant room.

The location was great, very close within 5 minutes walk to the lake in the town center. The breakfast was amazing and must-have when you stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has all amenities you need. They have 2 swimming pool areas with amazing view.

I stayed at InterContinental Crete lately and I can’t say enough good things about it. The service was excellent since the time of our arrival. The staff were very friendly, attentive to details and they did everything possible to make sure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The rooms were absolutely awesome— spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with all modern facilities you may need. The bed was extremely comfortable while the view from our balcony was beautiful. One highlight of our stay was the rooftop pool and bar. The pool itself had clear water and gave a breath taking panoramic view of neighboring area. It was a perfect day relax spot as the bar offered a great range of drinks or light bites as well which made it even more interesting. All in all, InterContinental Crete surpassed my expectations entirely. This hotel is a must visit due to its great services, luxurious rooms and an amazing rooftop pool alike! I look forward for my next trip!
