Everything! Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, it felt like staying in a family run hotel. The hotel was clean, the breakfast delicious and really good value for money. The location is brilliant, overlooking the harbour and not too far from the centre. Everything was perfect 🥰 💞

Wow, superb location, by the harbour fir the tour boats and a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, room very comfortable and clean, very comfortable bed. Would have liked comfier chairs on the balcony but not a deal breaker. Good breakfast which we are outside on the terrace, great to sit and people watch, Julie in the breakfast room was great. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return, wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else. If you want to be close to everything including a 10 minute walk to a lovely beach this is the best hotel.

Very well presented hotel, everything looked fresh and new. Beautiful bathroom which we appreciated. Good location, although the advertised free parking is not available if a cruise ship is in port. It can be difficult to find a spot nearby on those days (reception staff did not appear to know that this was the case). Staff all friendly and helpful and we had great chats with Julie at breakfast and Maria in the evening. Both were lovely.
