Excellent location above the stunning port. The views were spectacular- the accommodation was excellently equipped and Maria was here to meet us and show us around the villa despite arriving late. An incredibly generous welcome pack fully stocked with water and all the essentials for a self catering stay. Loo rolls, washing powder, All the small touches were gratefully received.cannot recommend highly enough.

The spot the house is in is amazing, every morning we saw the sun rising over the sailboats anchored at the port of Ag.Nikolaos. The house is east side facing, so in the afternoon, when we came back from the sea and the beach, the house was fresh in the shadow. Ag.Nikolaos is the most quiet and beautiful place in Zakinthos, beaches from Sigia to Ag. Nikolaos the best in the island, and Villa Komis the perfect place to stay. Maria was super kind and gentle, we found breakfast and local wine in the fridge. We will surely be back.

very nice place to relax incredible hospitality. even if it formally doesn’t provide breakfast, the host filled the fridge with fruits, bread, juices, butter, water and wine :) some other things that are not to be disclosed for not spoiling the surprise :) Suggestions: u need a car, explore the west wild side (it is beautiful), eat at windmill…stunning scenery and amazing food, if affordable rent a private boat and explore some of the most beautiful bays in the Ionian ( forget about Navaggio - it is almost a tourist trap) the way to Navaggio is filled with beautiful bays…solely for les connaiseurs!
