The fine print
The reservations are personal for the guest who has originally reserved and cannot be transferred to any other guests.
The credit card used for the reservation must be presented upon arrival by the guest who has originally reserved, who must be one of the guests staying at the property. In case the credit card is not presented upon check-in by the guest who has originally reserved, the property will charge another credit card of the guest who has originally reserved on the spot and refund the originally provided card with the equivalent amount. If the originally reserved guest is not present no third-party payments will be accepted. Photocopies, photographs of credit cards, third-party credit cards, or electronic/virtual credit cards, are not accepted.
Please note that for reservations of more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Our Reception operates limited hours, and therefore, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of last-minute notification, it may take more than an hour for the manager to arrive at the property.

Everything was exquisite, from the location to facilities (pool, jacuzzi, luxurious room, kitchenette) to the entire team! A huge thank you to Carolina & Spyros for making our stay so memorable, for always greeting us with a smile, sweet treats and great recommendations. It felt more like staying at a friend’s villa rather than a residential property, trust that we will come again! 2 mins walk by foot there’s a black sand beach with sun beds and great coffee/cocktails/food, if you’re looking for a lazy day to spend we’d highly recommend it. Another 10-15 mins walk from this beach is Perivolos beach which is very animated so if you like crowded places, looking for more bars & restaurant options that is the perfect spot. As well as the rental shop from which you can rent anything you’d please for water sports: paddle boards, surf boards, snorkeling masks, jet skis etc. I would recommend renting a car/boogie/atv as it would make exploring the island much easier. Even though it’s an island trust me when I say you have a lot to visit: Oia, Fira, Akrotiri, Imerovigli and so much more! Until next time friends! 🤗

We had an amazing stay at Peranosa residency. The staff were always friendly and there to help. When we arrived early were offered some food and drinks, and cake was waiting for us in our apartment. The apartment itself was gorgeous, very new, luxurious, and clean. The hottub was very nice as well. It’s only a 1 minute walk to the closest beach and it is a very calm area compared to other parts of Santorini.
