Everything was perfekt! Great and very friendly hostess, spacious room with all the amenities and SUPER clean, probably the cleanest room and building I’ve ever stayed! Even the stairs (outside) smelled amazing! Hostess Anthi welcomed us with homemade sweets and was kind to offer us with fresh and tasty fruits!!:)

Anthi is a wonderful, caring host - she and her lovely daughter made us welcome on arrival. Anthi came in each day when we were out to clean the apartment (even though we told her it wasn't necessary!). We had lots of treats of fresh fruit and vegetables from the family farm as well as other delicious Greek treats. This is a lovely apartment, well-furnished in a traditional style and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals, and eating on the balcony, when we didn't eat at the beach. (Some lovely restaurants and tavernas next to the beach with tables beside the sea). The bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of storage space. Agia Anna is well situated for the best sandy beaches on Naxos and buses run along the coast and to Naxos Town every half hour. There is a little supermarket (with fresh bread daily) a couple of minutes walk from the apartment, and 2 more 10 minutes walk into the village. There is so much more to Naxos than the lovely beaches so a car or bus tour is really recommended. There is a great ferry trip from Agia Anna to the smaller Cycladic islands nearby that we would highly recommend (Greece as it was in the 1980s!) Thank you Anthi and family for all your kindness and making our trip so memorable. No wonder some visitors return to the apartments each year!
