A really exceptional accommodation - Carmine was one of the best host ever, the breakfast was so tasty (diverse, with local cheese, very good homemade sweets etc), and the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend, great value for money.

I loved my 4 night stay here. The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable and serviced daily. Tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge to store your food The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath, and it was great to relax after sightseeing and walking all day. I was so well looked after by Carmine and his mother I was sad to.leave. Breakfast every morning was fantastic. Cold meats, cheeses salads,fruits and delicious omelettes. The best homemade cakes, too. I was also offered pack lunches for my daily excursions. It's in Agerola, which is a bus journey anywhere but worth if you're looking to get away from the crowds. A car is not necessary, but if you don't want to be tied to a bus timetable, then it's worth getting a car. It's up a mountain, and driving is not for the feint harted. It's better to take the bus. Lots of walking trails nearby including Path of the gods which i really enjoyed and met some lovely people. I would definitely recommend staying here. Beautiful sun rise over the mountains in the morning too.

Where to start. This property was exceptional. We went as a family and had the best of times. The hosts are fabulous. So friendly and welcoming. We could not have hoped for more. One of the reasons for choosing Il Ritrovo delle Volpi was being able to chat and get advice from the hosts. We were made to feel so welcome. The rooms were very comfortable, spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. Our room had a terrace with a fabulous view. Breakfasts were a highlight. There was a fantastic choice and fresh home-baked cakes daily.
