The fine print
Please note that this property only provides extra mattresses in place of extra beds.Please note that the hotel will charge the credit card with a pre-authorization amount of INR 1. This amount will be adjusted against the final bill. Reservations with an invalid credit card or a credit card on which a pre-authorization charge fails shall be cancelled within 24 hours of completing a booking.We are currently in the process of renovation some of our guest rooms and restaurant.
During renovation, work will commence from 0900 hrs to 1900 hrs daily. As a result, there will be some construction noise and we ask for your kind cooperation. During this time the restaurant will be temporarily serviced at a new dining area. Alternatively, guests can enjoy in-room dining for added convenience.

The room cleanliness was very poor. It was not properly cleaned. Table was sticky, kettle was dirty and floor had stains.

The breakfast was fantastic. There were lot of options. The location of the hotel was excellent in a quiet neighborhood. The support of the front desk is very much appreciated. We felt at home.

Breakfast was included with room rent..I checked in 5.10 p.m & due to unavoidable circumstances I've to checkout next day very early morning at 3.00 a.m. I informed it while checking in at front desk office. At checkout time one of front desk staff handed over me a dry breakfast packet which my need has been mets on the journey.

Subhajit ...uska behavior bahout accha hai. coustomer bahout acchi tarha deal kar sakta hai..dusre stuff bhi thik hai par who thoda alag hai or bahout accha ladka hai ..uske baton se asa lagta hai.
