The service at the reception by Hamza was exceptional and very professional he definitely made our time at the resort better as he pays attention to the small details

The hotel was very good, the breakfast was served in the form of an open buffet, the staff was very nice, we got a big room with a balcony and a pool view, the hotel is located near the beach.

This suite hotel is centrally located in the tourist area of Agadir, just across the street from a public beach. It is a bit run down like most of this type of hotels in the area, and it is not very clean. but it's acceptable. Staff is friendly, breakfast ok. There are some nice bars and restaurants close by.

Location was brilliant, 3 min walk to the beach. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Insaaf, Muhammad and the other chap on reception whos name i forget helped in everyway they could...always with a smile! Cleaning staff was great and rooms cleaned daily. The kitchen staff were great too. We went with breakfast included which was served from 7am to 10.30am..plenty of variety but if you want the variety then get down there before 8.30am otherwise alot of the food gets eaten by other guests but the kitchen staff will cook you something if it isn't there. The pool area is good and plenty of seating. There's a small shop and pizzeria in the hotel next door so if you require a few essentials or a quick bite to eat then it's a 25 yard walk away. The hotel also offers various excursions. All in all we enjoyed it there but don't expect a 5 star when paying for a 2/3 star....service is great but rooms are abit tired!!
