It was our honeymoon trip , Privacy ,Quite place ,staff are very friendly, fast wifi ,Neat & clean ,no distrubance, Actually we had check in at 10:30 smooth check in,

Nice large room with air conditioning and an outlook. Nice, helpful staff and management. The location is neither beach nor urban but there is a small village adjacent to the property that has its own interest and charm: an ATM, shops and food stalls, a small supermarket, a couple of restaurants and bars of a genuinely local kind. We sat at a tea stall and chatted with an interesting and diverse group of friendly folk. No patio, despite site saying there was one, but there is a very nice, lively area in the garden by the pool that serves as the bar and restuarant. We ate there both nights and the food was really good and good value. The man who runs it is an an asset to the place, too.

Rooms are big and clean, bed is comfortable and wifi strong. Helpfull staff and the location is great, close to all kind of shops and restaurants , the airport and easy access to old goa by public transport
