The service was amazing.Arrived to beautiful smiles from both Markus and Susy.Susy was so warm,welcoming and personable.Check in was smooth and although the house turned hotel had no elevator they helped me with my suitcase up the stairs.Complimentary tea,coffee and water was available which was great. Also,managed to have dinner as the restaurant isn’t open everyday and the food was delicious.Juliana (I think that’s how I spell it,she’s from Holland) from breakfast was awesome,taking the time to not only provide a delicious breakfast but also get to know you more as a person rather then another guest.Lastly, the accommodation wasn’t central but was an easy 15 minute tram/bus ride away which was across the road which was great.Overall a great stay and would stay again.Thank you.☺️

Great ambience. Easy access to bus to town which costs only a few francs each time as the hotel is outside the free guest card zone. Staff really helpful.

Comfortable beds. Good service. Outstanding food in the restaurant which was popular with the local. Swiss population. Excellent free bus service to Luzern station ( local guest card) Clean and comfortable. Would love to stay there again
