The host is very kind and welcoming, and the yard has a beautiful view of snow-capped mountains and lawns. The room is very nice and comfortable.

From the moment we arrived, the place had a magical aura. After walking down a muddy alley, we turned a corner to find a group of cheerful piglets grazing on fresh grass, and were quickly greeted by our host with a warm smile. The guesthouse is very old and full of character, built by her father and grandfather by hand. The countless hand-cut windows, many in need of repair, add to its charm and reflect the huge effort required to maintain such a unique home. The host gladly shared the history of the property and the village, and her storytelling made the evening unforgettable. She sat with our small group throughout dinner, telling fascinating stories ranging from local history to her experiences with guests. Her hospitality brought everyone together and created a genuinely special atmosphere.

Exceptionally friendly host who spoke good English and shared interesting stories about the village and its history. The food was outstanding — especially the vegetarian dishes, some of the best we had in Georgia. Cozy heated room where we sat together with other travelers when it got colder the evenings and a sunny garden area outside. Good shower.
