Even though most of the staff didn't understand English, they were friendly and willing to even use Google translator to communicate. It was a great experience.

Loved the hotel apartment. Very good staff, helpful with everything, location is excellent as there are lots of things nearby. Liked the room layout, comfortable bed, quiet hotel apartment, great washroom, excellent amenities. All the appliances were almost new in the kitchen. Furnishing and structure was very welcoming.

Our experience at the hotel was made remarkably comfortable thanks to the exceptional support from Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Jouhari. After a long journey from Makkah, arriving at midnight with my wife and kids, and all were sleepy and tired. His kindness and flexibility were truly appreciated. He assisted us with the late check-in and even helped us extend our check-out time after 3 PM on coming Friday. His warm reception and willingness to help all us convenient and comfortable. We are truly grateful for his outstanding service. Thank you, Mr. Abdul Rahman Al Jouhari! Also, shuttle service is very useful and reaching Haram with in 10minutes.
