Resort Overview

Set in 80,000m² of landscaped gardens, this 5-star hotel includes 4 pools and 4 restaurants, located on a 500-metres long sandy beach. Just a 10-minute drive from Rethymnon Old Town, Aquila Rithymna Beach offers extensive children’s facilities.
Aquila Rithymna Beach offers classically decorated rooms and bungalows. Each with a sea or garden view, all air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a satellite TV, bathrobes and slippers, as well as beach towels and a beach bag.
Guests can enjoy à la carte lunch at Mournies tavern, resting under the shade of mulberry trees, or try gourmet dishes at the Ancient Eleftherna restaurant. There is also a typical Greek Kafeneion serving traditional beverages and meze, as well as a lounge bar and a beach bar.
Rithymna Beach features 5 tennis courts including 2 floodlit courts. Guests can also take diving lessons and there is also a water sports centre with jet skis, canoes and water skiing.
A tennis court for children is available and tennis lessons are provided. The hotel’s animation team organizes theatre plays and a variety of activities, and a children’s restaurant is also featured.
The neighbouring settlements of Adele, Aghia Paraskevi and Platanias are walking distance. Rethymnon is only 7 km away, while Chania and Heraklion are 66 and 72 km respectively.

Traditional Cretan villas situated right on the sandy beach. Gardens are surrounded by high walls made of stone and rock for your privacy. All villas feature small pools with hydromassage, outdoor lounge and deckchairs with soft mattresses. The master bedroom has wooden floors and is decorated in delicate fabrics.
